Large family home in the media district of Burbank, Ca. Close to schools, hospital, shopping centers, grocery. Surroundings are very safe. We have a kitchen, formal dining room and a breakfast nook. We have a great room where one can watch the television or just relax and read a book. We also have a BBQ island and fruit trees in the backyard. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Front Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is on the ground floor facing the front garden and street. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1320.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep the house secure at all times by locking the gate, keeping the front door locked at all times. All areas that will be used must be kept clean always especially the kitchen and bathroom. Must be home by 11:00 pm for 18 years and above unless otherwise agreed in advance. No strangers or guests should be invited without my prior approval.
