What a great getaway!

On a large corner lot, in a quiet neighborhood, moments away from most that Austin has to offer, is a room with a comfy, cozy bed & soft towels for after that relaxing shower. Close enough to the action that it's easily accessible, but far enough away for peace and quiet. **We do have a cat and dogs*** Manor Road attractions are 1 mile away UT & Frank Erin & Downtown are less than 5 miles away Circuit of the Americas is 15 miles ACL Festival is 8 miles away The Domain is 10 miles **We do have a cat and dogs*** **If you are allergic to or don't care to be around pets, this is not the space for you. :) We have pets; cat and dogs.*** Your room is tucked away in the corner of the house. While you're still a part of the household, you have a corner all your own with great windows and a view of the neighborhood. We have cleaning ladies that come twice a week, unless there's some sort of schedule conflict (VERY rare) and clean the entire house. They will need access to your room on these days to clean. There is a data drop (ethernet plug for wired internet service) in your room that you're able to use, should you need it. In your room is a comfortable bed, a dresser and a television, with an Amazon Firestick to allow access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO, should you want to relax and enjoy a movie. Double Room (Upstairs guest room) with Shared bathroom The room has a queen size bed, a bedside table, a dresser, television and blu ray player for watching Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO and watching Blu Ray movies. Capacity: 2 Rates: 310.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - We will allow some pets, with prior approval. If you have a pet, please reach out and let's see if we are a good fit for you and your fur baby. - We try to wind down and keep things as peaceful as possible around 10:30 on weeknights, around 12 on weekends. If you need a different schedule, please let us know; our goal is to make sure your stay here is a wonderful one! - One of the people in the house does work nights Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday. We do ask that you respect that and not be unreasonably loud - he wakes up at 1:30pm, usually. "Normal" house noises and movement is absolutely acceptable and expected. - We all work really hard to keep the house clean and kitchen free of food left out. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. That means no open food or drink in the bedroom - unless there is a proper storage container to keep it in, no open food left out on the counters and no dirty dishes or food left in the sink. We have to work extra hard in Texas to keep our home pest-free, and, with your help on this, we can keep the house clean and insect free. Thank you! - No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. While having family and friends over is fine with us, please give us a head's up. No overnight guests without letting us know about it first. Also, please use common sense - don't bring strangers into the home. Thanks! :) - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. - If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - There is absolutely no smoking in the house, ever. However, smoking on the back porch is absolutely fine. Please dispose of any trash you have afterwards in the trash bin in front of the house - putting cigarettes in the house trash cans makes them stinky. - Recycle. We have a giant blue recycle bin in front of the house - you can't miss it.
