Welcome to my humble home "Casa do Sol"! _Charming & Sunny apartment from the 70's _retro furniture _comfortable bedrooms with double bed _private bathroom _kitchen, living room & terrace are huge & sunny _Hammock, sun loungers and meals on the terrace _1min walking from metro station _15min walking from downtown/historical center _Supermaket, restaurants, pastry, garden next home. _I speak portuguese, english, french, spanish _I love nature and I'm passionate about plants, flowers, cats.. _I'm vegetarian and I love to walk, ride bicycle, dance, cook, handicraft. _I love sunny days and beach. _I love to travel and I love to welcome travelers and to make them feel home in my own house and culture. _I'm looking forward to meet you ;) Room(s): 1. Triple Room (Dream Bedroom_double bed & sofa bed_private bathroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 3 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Love bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 450.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Read bedroom ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 450.00 Monthly House Rules: _Smoke on the terrace. _Don't make too much noise between 22 p.m. and 7 a.m. Sometimes in summertime we stay a bit longer than 23h on the terrace and the neighbors are nice, so we can keep talking and having a glass of wine until a bit later than usual ;) _Turn off the lights and heater when you're not in the bedroom. Be green! Save energy :) _Please be gentle with everything in the house and keep it clean and tidy :) _Don't let the cats come inside the house (I have 2 lovely cats, my "daughters" Chili and Kali, but they only stay in my bedroom and terrace). _if you need baby bed please ask in advance. _If you need me to prepare also the sofa bed in your bedroom please ask in advance. _If you need me to prepare breakfast or any other meal please ask in advance. _check-in after 16h check-out until 12h. You can storage your luggage after check-out time. Sometimes I'm available to receive you before 16h to check-in, please ask in advance.
