Bus stop is 2 minutes away and connects with the train into Wellington City. 10min bike ride on the flat to Porirua City centre with Mall, Kai Tahi eatery, Pataka Art Gallery and Library, cinema and big chain stores. Great for someone who likes adventure, biking, walking, swimming, fishing, surfing or playing sport in local clubs - tennis, golf, hockey, touch rugby, softball, athletics. Pubs, craft brewery, cafe, chemist, takeaways, hairdresser, bakery, library are all a few minutes’ walk. Close to Police College, Whitireia Polytech, primary, intermediate and high schools, Kenepuru Hospital.
