I am a mature English lady, living with a dog and cat in a small, warm and cosy home in a suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. I have a single, fully-furnished room available, with unlimited Wi Fi and I'm a very good cook!! Two minutes to buses, or off street parking. Capacity: 1 Rates: 472.50 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: The home is very quiet, so would like a quiet guest, no showers after 9pm. Please tidy and clean up after yourself, do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
