Single Tidy Room for Student / Girl

We are family & working couple with teen age daughters. You will enjoy your private time along with our family lounge area and deck with almost full day sun. We are in locality where bus, shops, laundry, dairy shop are 2 mins walk and bus-stop is 2 mins walk (bus to Auckland CBD and Train Station) Stay include - Tea/Coffee as many times you feel like, I drink coffee 5 times a day, so I respect coffee lovers.. haha - Light breakfast (not cooked) - Fiber wifi internet (unlimited) - water and electricity (fair use policy pls) - separate bedroom with storage, bed, beddings, study table, table lamp - We are generally fun loving and active / busy family of four. We love to go for weekend walks around the park, public events and festivals, watch moves, wonder around the mall and have quite family time, watch TV etc House is equiped with throughout WiFi, Aleaxa, 65" TV, Open kitchen, Deck with lots of sun (when it's out) feel free to ask any questions you may have.. Room is available now. We have hosted guests from Chile, China India, Argentina, Japan. Last 3 host students has been from Japan and we had great lifelong memories with all of them. I am sure you will enjoy and cherish memories forever during your stay. Room(s): 1. We do watch movies / games on TV often and have fun family nights, but it's by no mean a mad party house. 1. We are Strictly vegetarian family and only allow vegetarian food (no meat, fish, egg) 2. You are free to bring your Breakfast cereals / dry Breakfast ( use our milk, no issues) 3. You are free to bring your own dry snacks. Veg Noodles are fine, or use one of ours (at no cost) 4. You are free to bring and eat your takeout meals at home as long as it's vegetarian 5. No smoking or vaping 6. Car park is available off street. Park soberly without disturbing neighbours 7.
