Own Lounge/bathroom and kitchenette

We are looking for 2 people, you would have the whole bottom floor of our house, with private lounge, bathroom and little kitchen! (great for friends, siblings) Beautiful furnishings, and outdoor courtyard! We are in a great location only ten mins into city centre the bus stop is only 1 min from house! and 2 min walk to beach! We will cook meals for you. We do have cats, so an animal lover please!
