We are located very convenient place to center of Kyoto. We are living my wife and husband and 2 kids. We have 3 bed rooms. Then 1 bed room is always available for guest. 2 rest rooms also. 1 Bath room (Shower room is 1) One of my family can be communicated in English. Summer season (July to Sep) add electricity +300JPY/ per day Winter season (Dec to Feb) add electricity +400JPY/ per day Dinner same as ours add +800JPY/ per day. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bed room R) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 26000 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: -9:30pm is curfew -Laundry your self (Free to use the machine) -Communicate in English or Japanese -Phone talk and making sound by 10:00pm in your room.
