Cozy house with a fitness room

{About us} Hi. My name is Hina. I'm a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and teaching gymnastics to children. I also run my curry shop and sometimes hold some events temporarily. I used to travel around the world last year and I've experienced many homestays. I love meeting people who grew up in different cultures and learn something through sharing a same place :) I live with my mom Ayako. She's super warm, kind, and helpful person. Feel free to ask us anything :) {About our house} Our family home is in a quiet residential area. You can walk to the beautiful Katsura River within 1 minute. Also, You can ride a bike to Arashiyama just go up along the river. We have a super cozy and sunny fitness room, so you can use it whenever you want when the room is not used for my yoga or fitness classes. Equipments: Swedish stall bars Two dumbbells One barbell A exercise ball Yoga blocks and mats A Treadmill *only for walking etc... If you prefer I can provide you a yoga or some fitness lesson with discount prices. Please ask me:) You'll have a shared kitchen, fridge and freezer, bathroom and shower room with another guest. You’ll get a key for your room :) Distance: From Katsura station: 15 minutes on foot. 7 minutes by bus. From Kyoto station: 20 minutes by bus. 15 minutes by taxi. Payment: Please pay with cash when you arrive. If you prefer online payment, PayPal is available. Please let me know. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your stay, please let us know at least 3 days before. Room(s): 1. You can drop your luggage off before checking in :) -Please let me know when you come back later than10PM. -Smoking not allowed indoors. -Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. -Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. -No pets allowed inside. -Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. -Please respect our home but feel comfortable. - Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. -Please keep it clean.
