There is a balcony, with flowers and chairs to cool off and relax in the summer. In our apartment guests can stay from a minimum of 2 nights up to a maximum of 21 nights. There are no children. It is a non-smoking house, so guests can only smoke outside on the balcony. A dog lives with us: a female named Miss who loves to be pampered and is very quiet. If a guest cancels with more than 7 days notice, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
