Local legislation requires approval of transitory lease agreement. It is mandatory. Each tenant must submit a certificate issued by a third party stating the duration and reason for the temporary and transitory stay in Milan. For example: statement from the employer stating the period of the manager's stay in the city on behalf of the company. In the absence of this certification it is NOT possible to sign the transitional lease. Each tenant is declared for the garbage tax required by the City of Milan and must provide the required documentation, including the national tax code. It is the obligation of each tenant to indicate a guarantor to seal the transient lease contract.
