The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living area divided between kitchen, dining area and living room, and a bathroom with shower. This is the ideal choice for a couple visiting Florence who will find here everything they need for a pleasant and relaxing stay; the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the room, TV, washing machine and everything needed for cooking. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference.
