Our apartment for rent is on the sixth floor of a building with lift located in a privileged position in the Campo di Marte district of Florence. With a panoramic view over the city, this property offers a comfortable and spacious environment for anyone looking for quality accommodation during their stay in Florence. The entrance opens onto the living area, a welcoming and relaxing space for guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven, for guests to prepare meals in comfort. The apartment has two double bedrooms, providing a peaceful and restful night's sleep after a day exploring the city. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a bidet to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in.
