Elegant and spacious apartment, very bright and located in the center, at a strategic distance from the main city attractions and the Central Station. Arranged over two floors, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the 1st floor: large living area with double sofa bed and 42 "HD TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor attic double bedroom with intimate and pretty furnished terrace. Equipped with lift, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 250-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
