We are close to a lot amenities and supermarkets and a short walk to a choice of bus routes that would go all over Dublin. Room(s): 1. Double Room (1 Bedroom Apartment Self Contained) with Private bathroom One bedroom apartment adjacent to my home. Upstairs with a double bed & wardrobes plus full bathroom with shower Downstairs full kitchen with all the appliancesAnd sitting room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Studio Apartment) with Private bathroom This is a studio apartment with own entrance adjacent to my home It has a double bed. Has a full kitchen has a small sitting area bathroom with shower. All guests must be respectful of the studio apartment and must be kept clean at all times. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the apartment but can smoke outside and no pets. We live in a quiet neighbourhood so we expect that all guests will be respectful to the property and the neighbourhood this is our family home. And the guests must keep the studio apartment clean at all times. Check in time 3 pm check out 12am. Additional Info: There is no smoking in the studio's. But guest's can smoke outside.
