Homestay 20 mins from city centre

Our house is located just off the Howth Road in the pleasant area of Clontarf, convenient to Dublin city centre. There is a bus stop very close by on the Howth Road, and we are a 15 mins walk to both Clontarf Road and Killester DART stations. 15- 20 mins to city centre by public transport. Ideal for tourists or students wanting easy access to Dublin City Centre. Excellent access to Croke Park, 10 minutes walk to Clontarf promenade. 10 min walk to supermarket. Several pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Our light-filled first floor includes an atrium and kitchen/living room. On the top floor there are three rooms, two of which are available to guests, a double and a single. A toilet/bathroom is available exclusively for the guests. Our leisure time revolves mostly around visiting historic and pre-historic sites of interest, as well as music, drama and reading. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Persian Room) with Shared bathroom Good-size double room for one person or a couple. It is on second floor with a pleasant view over lawns, trees and garder. Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.50 Weekly / 840.00 Monthly House Rules: Please ensure the door is locked when entering or leaving. If you would prefer to be warmer or cooler please let us know and we will adjust the heating. We do not smoke inside the house and would be grateful if our guests did not do so either. Please don't invite additional guests in to the home. Please be conscious of other guests when using hot water in the shower.
