Quiet lady and 1 elderly dog!!!

I live on my own in a clean tidy house, in a nice neighbourhood where everyone is very friendly and we all look out for each other.. I have 3 grown up sons who often visit and a 5 year old grandson. I am a very talkative loving person and people call me homely. I have looked after children and others for years, and I open my home up with a warm heart. We enjoy socialising and often have family meals out. I have a lovely big garden and I often have garden parties if the weathers warm.. I am near to shops and bus routes and I would like someone to just be part of our family.. I promise you a warm and safe environment with a friendly family. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Front bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room has a kingsize bed and chest of draws to ketone your clothes. It has a big mirror and also a large tv with free view . Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Bright back bedroom ) with Shared bathroom This is a lovely bright room which looks out onto a lovely garden. It gas a double bed. And has just been recently decorated. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Because I sleep downstairs , I would like all tv noise to be kept low after midnight. I would prefer you cleaned your own room and your bathroom , and as long as you resect it us my home, then we will get on very well...
