I offer warm and cosy single rooms in a shared Victorian end terrace house with superfast fibre broadband and free on street parking. Close to the city centre and University and on the 111 bus route. Bills are all included and shared communal items such as tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products such as washing powder are all included. Also a cleaner comes round every 2 weeks to clean the shared communal areas. Room(s): 1. Check in is between 7pm and 10pm. Check out is by 10am. Late or early check in or late check out may be arranged at a mutually agreed time for an additional £10. Please enquire. A £10 refundable cleaning deposit is required. If the room is cleaned before departure then this will be refunded. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. No smoking in the house. It's OK to smoke in the back yard. An ashtray and chair is provided. No additional guests unless agreed to. Payment is required in advance via bank transfer or Paypal within 24 hours of making a booking. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. Long term contracts of more than 28 days require 1 months notice to cancel. In order to maintain the house security it is important to close and lock the windows, doors and security gates and put the alarm on when you leave the house. In order to maintain the house in a good state of cleanliness and tidiness please clean and tidy the kitchen and other communal areas after use. I employ a cleaner to come in every 2 weeks but there is also a jobs list that goes up every 2 weeks, so long term guests will be required to join the cleaning rota. A houseshare guidelines booklet is also available and must be signed for stays lasting over 7 days. As previously mentioned, check out is by 10am unless you want to pay £10 for late check out up until 12 noon.
