10 minutes wslk to St James house PLAB. I have very comfortable clean rooms to rent. Both rooms are well furnished, modern with double beds. The rooms are spacious. My property is 5 minutes away from the tram stop and bus station. The area is very quite.My home is well kept. I do ask that my guest keep there rooms clean and tidy. I'm an experienced host and my aim is for you to feel relaxed, safe and welcome. There is plenty to do in the area and we are 5 minutes away from Media City and some great amenities that this great city has to offer. Double Room ( RM2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom Lovely spacious room. Desk provided if required. Clean and comfortable. Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep the room and any area clean that you use. If you require: We offer a very reasonable cleaning service. Short stays less than 7 days £20 Over 7 days weekly charge £25 (To include x2 sets of clothes washed) Seperate use of the washing machine cost £5 per load. °Wash hands at all times. °No shoes in the house. °Keep noise to a minimum. °Damage payment: Please note that we require guests to pay £150 upon arrival besides the amount due to be paid. Which will be returned on checking that nothing hasn't been damaged in the house. Check in from 4pm onwards. Check out before 11am. Early check-in between 12- 4pm this will be charged at £15 per hour. Late check out up to 2pm will be charged at £15 per hour. These request should be notified, prior to check-in and paid upon arrival. Luggage hold available for £30.
