High Street House is a new addition to the network of our spaces in London. The house provides a collection of unique modern homes designed and crafted by a Studio. We have created a collection of spaces to rest and reflect. Each home is unique, choreographed with a blend of light, colour, and vibrant hand-crafted materials. We focus on elevating the everyday rituals we all share: washing, sleeping, resting, eating, learning, and interacting. We carefully choreograph these rituals through inventive spatial organisations to make every day more joyful. Please note that we must reconfirm availability prior to accepting your reservation request, as some of our current guests let us know eight weeks in advance whether they will extend their stay or not. Can I extend my stay if my plans change? Do you require a security deposit? We carry out reference checks on all applicants looking to stay with us, and we use a third-party independent & regulated referencing company to carry out referencing on our behalf. There is no cost to the applicant for the referencing, but we do require a holding deposit to start the referencing process. The holding deposit is equivalent to one week's membership fees. Our minimum commitment is 1 month, but we have no maximum stay, so if your enjoying staying with us and would like to stay longer, subject to availability, we are happy to accommodate you as your needs change. We do not hold deposits during your stay with us. We require a holding deposit to start the referencing process and to hold your space for you. The holding deposit is equivalent to one week's membership fees and is taken off the balance of the first month's membership fees.
