Spacious rooms in quiet home

We are a family of four with two teenage children, living in a five bed house situated in a leafy and beautiful residential area of North London called North Finchley. It's within 5 minutes’ walk from our local shopping street with supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants, as well as bookstores and clothing shops. We have a large kitchen/dinning/family room as well as a separate living room. The kitchen opens into a small patio area and a good size garden, with table and chairs for outdoor living; gardening, BBQ, trampoline and football playing are some of our typical summer’s afternoon pastimes. I am an artist and speak English, Chinese mandarin and Spanish. My husband Danny works full time, and is also a qualified TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign Language) teacher. He speaks English and Spanish. We have 2 children, both boys, the older one is working and lives at home. The younger one is studying away at University. We have got a lovely small dog ( born on 08/06/16). He is Hypo-Allergenic and doesn't shed his hair, which means that people with asthma or allergies are safe around him. He is also confined to only certain area of the house so won't interfere with guests. As a family, we enjoy visiting museums and places of interests as well as going for country walks in the weekends. We also love visiting foreign countries and experiencing different cultures. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Spacious Twin room) with Shared bathroom This is a sunny bright room with a large bay window. There are two single beds in the room which can be put together to make a super king-sized bed. There're two desks in the bedroom with two bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Capacity: 2 Rates: 195.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (spacious single room) with Shared bathroom Spacious room with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair. It's very bright and has a skylight window which can open and close. Capacity: 1 Rates: 195.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Feel free to use the communal area for a quiet chat and watch TV as you wish but please keep late night noise to a minimum especially after 11pm. Additional Info: There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Danny offers qualified language instruction in English. One hour of instruction costs 22.00 GBP. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.
