Quiet and neat double room to let

I have two kids. An 11yr old boy and a 9yr old girl. We are a black family,well educated and in a nice area. Kids are hardly around as they spend more time in Europe. Room(s): 1. Triple Room (1 double room) with Shared bathroom As students mostly rent from me, l have a bunk bed and a single bed in the room. The single bed can be taken out depending on the needs of the client. Capacity: 3 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please you can smoke outside. No loud noise or partying as its a quiet neighborhood.
