Welcome to our cosy place in Southfields. Our place is clean, cosy and the windows are double glazed which means no noise from outside! Your room is facing the garden so it’s very peaceful and quiet We are an easy going and welcoming couple. We like to practice sports and are interested in art and musicals. Whilst we aim to be as hospitable as possible we give our guests privacy and space to be independent. Please note that the property is on 2nd floor with no lift. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bright, cosy room) with Shared bathroom Quiet room facing the communal garden. Has wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk and chair and small bin. Capacity: 2 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking or vaping at home. Please no noise after 10pm. I dont charge cleaning fee so please make sure to keep the common areas clean. The fee should be paid through bank transfer before arriving, unless you would like to pay the whole amount during checking in. We are flexible about check in times, which would depend on our working hours, however check out is by 12pm so we can prepare the room for the next guests. Thank you.
