A room to let

I live in a four bedroom house in Forest Gate, towards Manor Park. I live with my children when they are home and I have 2 rooms available to rent to homestay professionals. I have moderately big kitchen, toilet and a garden. I am a teacher and I live in a very good environment and transport system is great around here. The use of the Kitchen is at an extra cost and £8 to use the Washing Machine. If you just need to use the Microwave it will be at a reduced rate of £2 a day. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep your room tidy and the bathroom clean for the next person to use. No visitors are welcome. There is kitchen in the house but will be charged if you want to use it. There's a washing machine, that too will be charged if you wish to use it. No pets allowed in the house. Local Amenities: Library, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Restaurant, Local Train Station
