2 Single rooms in a large house

We have two single rooms available in our home for short or long stays. One room, listed as The Garden room, has a separate shower and toilet, a single bed, desk and a wardrobe. The other room listed as The Ground Floor Room, shares a very large family bathroom with two sinks, a bath, shower and has a separate toilet. Currently, we are only hosting females. Payment should be made by bank transfer, payment details will be given when booking has been completed. My husband is a musician and works from home in his studio, you can see his studio in the photo of the garden. I teach at a college in London. I enjoy baking cakes, swimming and walking the dog. We go to see lots of live music and theatre. We have been hosting for many years and enjoy meeting new people and helping them navigate their way around London. Our two children left home a few years ago. They pop in from time to time to see what we're up to. We have a dog called Frankie and a cat called Skip, both are very important members of our family. We live on the same road as Charlton railway station with easy access to shops, parks and the O2 arena. At the end of the street are local bus routes which can get you to the Jubilee Line, cinema and lido all within 5 mins. Charlton village has a park, nice pubs and good coffee shops. There are local gyms, a swimming pool, shops and cafes all in a 5 minute walking distance. We are always on hand to help and advise, we love people staying in our home and spend a lot of time in the kitchen chatting to them. We have travelled around the world and know how important it is to feel safe and secure. Bed linen and towels are provided. Use of the washing machine and all cooking appliances in the kitchen are included as well as use of the garden. Our house is your home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Ground Floor Room ) with Shared bathroom This room is avaliable for short stays only, the room is bright and next to shared family bathroom. It has a single bed, TV, chair, chest of draws and a view of the garden.
