I have been hosting for about 10 years and love meeting new people. I have a double room. You will be sharing my home with me and my husband. Room(s): 1. Double Room (double room ) with Shared bathroom This Room Is Large Double Room With A King Size Bed Which Can Convert Into 2 Normal Beds Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single room ) with Shared bathroom Room With Single Bed Chest Of Drawer And Study Table & Chair High Speed Fiber Optic Internet Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: I am algeric to shell fish and pork... so these food can not be cooked or brought into the house at all Payment paid 2days before arrival. No other guests are allowed over at any point other than those specified and agreed at the time of booking. The room is not suitable for children or babies, and we ask that you are 18 and over. The apartment is generally always in a clean state, and we ask that you please keep clean after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as the bedroom. Note that this is a shared house, so there are certain cupboards and appliances that are not to be used or accessed during your stay (only the ones marked can be used, including Kettle, microwave, toaster, guest can use kitchen to prepare tea , coffee , cereal , salads. no heavy cooking (please note that complimentary breakfast not included). We are a very energy & eco-conscious home, and therefore ask that our guests respectfully only consume whatever they need, and avoid things such as leaving lights on unattended and any other unnecessary usage that can otherwise be avoided.
