Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. While we don't have a specific credit score requirement, we recommend that your monthly rent not exceed 40% of your income.
