On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night. Yes. We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation. Yes. We offer additional room cleaning on demand. We can coordinate. We have laundry machines available to everyone. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
