Our villa is equipped with all the amenities you need to live and work comfortably, including rooms with desks, office chairs, and fast WiFi. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bright and stylish living rooms, and 3 terraces with amenities such as table tennis, chill-out areas, sun beds, BBQ, and more. With 5 full bathrooms and comfortable working areas across the whole villa, you'll have everything you need to stay productive and focused. And with weekly cleaning included, you can focus on your work and relaxation without worrying about the upkeep of the space. Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. Each room is provided with a desk and chair. Communal spaces such as living room and terraces are also suitable for working. Digital nomads, professionals, nomads, language students Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip. We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income. Extentions are based on availability To terminate your stay before the due date you can get in touch with us, we will find a suitable solutions for both parties You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Just a simple presentation of yourself. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT overnight. If you wish to have a friend or partner to visit you for a couple days get in touch with us and we can come to an agreement. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no. We do not accept pets. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly. Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in. On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night. It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out 3 times per week. Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem. With just a few minute's walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants.
