This spacious and beautiful apartment, located in the famous Albaicín neighborhood, is completely renovated and decorated to ensure the rest and comfort of our guests. All rooms are wide and very bright, and with wonderful views over the Alhambra. The apartment is on a second floor, but accessed after climbing a single short flight of stairs due to the slope of the street. The living room, furnished with designer furniture, has a seating area with comfortable armchairs and sofas, and a dining area, and lots of light comes in through the large windows. The kitchen is very spacious and furnished to the detail with everything pur guests might need. There are three bedrooms, two of them with separate two beds of 90 * 1.90 cm each, and another with a double bed of 150 * 200. The bathrooms are independent, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. And the private terrace, which is located on the roof of the building, is perfectly furnished to enjoy its beautiful views while having dinner or just relax contemplating the Alhambra. The Albaicín neighborhood, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is emblem of Granada, and walking through its streets is a wonder, both for the views, as well as the variety of bars and restaurants, and small shops where it’s possible to buy typical handcraft. [ES] Este amplio y precioso apartamento, ubicado en el famoso barrio del Albaicín, está completamente reformado y decorado para asegurar el descanso y confort de nuestros huéspedes. Todos sus estancias son espaciosas y muy luminosas, y con maravillosas vistas a la Alhambra. El apartamento se encuentra en una segunda planta, a la que se accede tras subir un único tramo corto de escaleras debido a la pendiente de la calle. El salón, amueblado con muebles de diseño, cuenta con zona de estar con cómodos sillones y sofás, y zona de comedor, y le entra mucha luz por los amplios ventanales. La cocina es muy espaciosa y está amueblada al detalle con todo lo necesario. Hay tres dormitorios, dos de ellos con camas separadas de 90*1.90 cm, y otro con cama de matrimonio de 150*200. Los cuartos de baños son independientes, uno con ducha y otro con bañera. Y la terraza privada, que se encuentra en la azotea del edificio, está perfectamente amueblada con mobiliario de exterior para poder disfrutar de sus preciosas vistas mientras cenan o simplemente descansan contemplando la Alhambra. El barrio del Albaicín, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, es símbolo de Granada, y pasear por sus calles es una maravilla, tanto por las vistas, como por la variedad de bares y restaurantes, y pequeños comercios que hay.
