Beautiful Bramfeld in Hamburg

Bramfeld is one of the exclusive areas in Hamburg. It is a quiet neighborhood where the neighbors knows each other. I am a married man , living with my wife in this flat. We both work and rarely stay at home except during the weekend. We are very easy going and law abiding people. We speak English, Spanish and German. We love quietness and cleaninness. The Apartment is always clean, quiet and most expecially , a no smoking Apartment. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 160.00 Weekly / 680.00 Monthly House Rules: 1: Cleaniness is the number one rule in the Aparment. 2: Guest must learn to keep their voice or voices low so as not to disturb the host and neighbors. 3: No smoking in anywhere in the Apartment, not even in the room. If a guest wants to smoke, we do have a balcony where the guest can smoke. In any case, we would prefer a non smoking guest, but if a guest chooses to Smoke, he or she must never forget to use the Balcony at all times. 4: No Parties in the Apartment or inviting of friends to the Apartment. Remember , this is a family home and neighborhood. 5: The Apartment is not Suitable for babies and kids. We prefer adults. 6: Finally, the Apartment is not suitable for Pets of any kind.
