Single Room (ROOM 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Please be respectful of other guests and household members and maintain cleanliness in both personal and shared areas, disposing of trash properly and following recycling guidelines. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed; keep social activities within reasonable limits, and overnight guests require prior approval. Clean up after using the kitchen and appliances, and adhere to quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving, keep the bathroom tidy, and follow laundry instructions. Treat all furnishings with care and report any damage immediately. Comply with local laws during your stay. Note: You will be sharing the house with my family, including two young active children, so noise is unavoidable.
