Our house is close to the bus stop and skytrain station, 10 minutes going to downtown. We close to many restaurant and superstore in our neighboorhood. Room(s): 1. Single Room (roon 2/ ground floor) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 860.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Suite Room) with Private bathroom this room is a large double bed for 1 person or couple. the suite has own kitchen washroom and living room, it is on the ground floor south facing with great sunlight. Capacity: 2 Rates: 270.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom room has desk table and big closet. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: by negotiation. Keep clean kitchen and washroom, Respect privacy, and space. Throw your garbage and be cooperate to house rule. Do not touch others belonging.
