Amazing Location!

Due to our current situation, I'm acceplting only people who are in Canada already for while! *Top-floor Rooms *Spacious House *Excellent Transit *Vibrant Neighbourhood Relax in your private room in a comfortable queen, double or single bed on the bright TOP FLOOR or Main Floor of a 100 year old Heritage House. Each room has a dresser, desk, chair and locking door. Bedding and towels provided. Wash and Dry clothes on-site in the shared laundry machines. Make yourself at home and cook in the full kitchen, hang out on the couch in the shared living room. There are two fridges so each guest will have a shelf to use Share two bathrooms with other housemates. Enjoy the company of other Homestay Guests. Step out in to the lively and eclectic Commercial Drive Neighbourhood. *Share cleaning duties with other guests.* Connect to the whole city by Skytrain: Get Downtown in 12 minutes on the Skytrain. Walk 3 minutes to Vancouver's main transit hub, The Commercial-Broadway Skytrain Station. Buy groceries less than a 10 minute walk away. The Host: I am warm and welcoming but will give you lots of space and privacy. This is perfect for very independent guests who are at least 19 years old. I will be there to answer questions and to give directions. Share a kitchen, bathroom and living room with other homestay students. Everyone is responsible to clean up after themselves and to keep their own rooms clean. *Suitable for guests who are 19 years old and older.* I have a small Jack Russell Terrier Dog who is shy and always stays close to me. Single Room (Main Floor) with Shared bathroom Bright room with High Ceilings on the Main Floor of the house. Relax in a comfortable single bed. This room is located right beside the Dinning Room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 960.00 Monthly House Rules: All Guests must be following the health and safety guidelines as well as Social Distancing recommendations as outlined on the BC Centre For Disease Control Website. http://covid-19.bccdc.ca We can not accept any guest who is self-quarantining for any reason related to Covid 19. No one is allowed in the house who is not a paying guest. Cleaning chores will be required. Must be over 19 years old. No Cooking of any kind in the bedrooms. No cooking Appliances of any of the bedrooms. No Candles, Incense, lighters, matches, or burning of any kind. Passport must be shown when you check in to verify your identity. We will take a photo of it for our records. No Smoking Keep the front and back doors locked at all times No parties or Events. No Unregistered Guests Remove your shoes when you come in. Slippers or indoor shoes highly recommended Wash your bedding at least every two weeks Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces & empty garbage in your own room once per week Make sure shower curtains are closed tight to the wall when showering so that no water escapes to the floor. Say No To Drugs! (No Drugs) No pets (except Dotty) No loud music or noise at any time.
