Hello, I am a single mature woman, who lives 300m from Commercial/ Broadway Skytrain Station and 20,22,9,& 99 bus routes. My home is a ground floor 2 Bedroom suite of a large 4 suite Character Home, that looks onto the back patio\garden area. Host has been vaccinated for Covid 19 January 2021. I have a large gentle dog that loves to cuddle and will give you many kisses. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bright & Quiet Queen Room) with Shared bathroom Bright Queen size bed with very comfortable memory foam mattress, Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Must love dogs! No Smoking in the suite, but smoking allowed on patio area in back yard\garden area. No parties or other overnight guests.
