I'm Rachael, your friendly host, and am thrilled to open our doors to fellow travellers and students alike. Nestled in a tourist hotspot, our place offers not just a room but a cozy haven where you can unwind after a day of classes, strolling the beach or exploring the city. Your private room comes complete with a queen size bed, a large desk for studying, a personal mini fridge, and a TV for your downtime ensuring a comfortable retreat. Join us in the rest of the house for a shared experience where friendships and memories are crafted. Single Room (Guest Room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 525.00 Weekly / 2250.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor towards us (your host) family and our neighbors. 2. Respect quiet hours (10:00pm - 7:00am). 3. No pets of any kind thank you. 4. Please ask for permission first before you invite friends in our home (absolutely no overnight guests). 5. Keep your bedroom space and shared areas tidy and clean. Light chores will be shared and divided amongst the household. 6. Use of kitchen is allowed for meal preparation (we love to cook!) however in the beginning of your stay, please ask before using stove and oven. Always make sure to clean up after yourself. 7. Laundry will be limited to 1-2 loads per week. 8. Safety first, no candles or burning of any kind in the bedroom or home. 9. Follow any additional house-specific rules provided by us, your host for a harmonious living experience. 10. Failure to abide by host rules may result in immediate termination of stay and loss of full payment. Stays of two weeks or less will require full payment at time of acceptance. ?For longer stays half must be paid upon booking acceptance, the balance on arrival.
