We are two young professional couple living in a townhome located near intersection Keele and Wilson. Close to all amenities. Conveniently Located!!! Walking distance to grocery stores, shoppers, dollar store, banks,restaurants, pizza pizza, tim hortons, libraries and place of worship etc... Very convenient and accessible to public transportation and 24 hrs bus. Steps away from the bus stop. We are a fund of cleanliness and hospitality. Shared Bathroom and Kitchen.We love welcoming new people in our home and learn from each other. We love sport, travelling and always excited for a new adventure! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Spacious bedroom with large windows and sliding door leading to terrace. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules We may provide toilet paper and face cloths for you to use. All other toiletries are your responsibility FOOTWEAR: We do not wear shoes in the house. Please remove your shoes and leave them in the front hallway. We can provide house shoes and can only be worn indoor. Energy/Laundry Energy is considerably expensive in Canada, so be prudent when using it. Please do not take unduly long showers (once a day), and switch off the light in your room when leaving the house. The family may do the laundry for you. Again: think of the energy costs, so coordinate your laundry needs with your hosts. KITCHEN: Please clear away any of the dishes that you use, and clean up after yourself in the kitchen. YOUR BEDROOM: Keep your bedroom neat and tidy at all times. Hygiene: Please do not leave the bathroom (bathtub/toilet!) in a messy condition. Remove hair etc.. Clean up after using it. The same goes for your room. Make sure it is kept clean and tidy FRIENDS/RELATIVES: As you are aware of the current pandemic, NO visitors allowed. Public Transportation: If you don’t understand the bus schedule or routes, please ask us and we will help you. :) ALCOHOL: No alcohol is to be drunk in our house unless you are legal age, which is 19. At no time is our personal alcohol to be used unless it is offered to you by us. SMOKING: this is a NON SMOKING home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and ask us for a container to dispose of your cigarettes in. EMERGENCY: If there is an emergency, please use the telephone and dial “911”. Tell the operator whether you need POLICE, FIRE or AMBULANCE. PLEASE KEEP SAFE AT ALL TIMES. SAFETY: Never open the door to strangers. Make sure you know the person. If you do not know them, NEVER open the door, no matter what they say or do. Your personal safety is important to us. PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS? You can always talk to us, the host family. If there is ever anything that troubles or concerns you, please do speak to us. As well, you may have resources at your school (teacher, counselor) if you are in a learning program.
