I work from home and live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I only use one of the bedrooms or none. I have a spare bedroom to house a student. Balcony is included in unit. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Female Student room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: No visitors allowed, Only female are welcome. Slight curfew at 1am. The kitchen is not shared with guests. Guest must provide for their own meals and clean after themselves. Garbage must be removed from room and apartment. Laundry card not provided with room, private laundry down the road 200 seps away from building. No pets allowed Amenities: TV, Computer, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Games Room Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
