This is a 2 bedroom basement apartment in a very quite and safe suburb, No pets and No smoking . Walking distance to Humber college, hospital, woodbine mall, banks. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop to major subway. This is a new renovated basement with 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, laundry ( only once a week) and private washroom only for guest. Aircon and Heater with access to wifi is included. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 2) with Private bathroom This is a nice room without a window and with double bed good for single or couple. The rent per person is $1,000 and it will be available April 01, 2024 Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules No Sleep overs , No Smoking, No visitors Locked the entrance doors at all times No partying, No Pets allowed Meals are not included Empty garbage daily No cooking inside your rooms Careful with hot water and electricity Clean after cooking Conserve Electricity and turn off unnecessary lights when not in use or when you leave the room to avoid extra payments Conserve water to reduce unnecessary water usage to avoid extra payments Make sure doors, Windows, gate are locked always before retiring at night Always keep the basement neat and tidy Always keep your Rooms and shares communal neat and tidy No excessive noise after 10 pm except weekends and Holidays Laundry use only once a week ( week end ) Prefer long term Smoking is not allowed. Owners have always access to the basement as needed.
