Looking for a Female Roommate-preferably student, for a short term lease. Move-In Date for January for a 4-month lease until April, for the winter semester :) Cheap Rent: $680 per month, including utilities It is a one-bedroom where you would get set up in the unfurnished living room-14 ft x10 ft. (Room for rent shown in first pic) :) Still very private and can put curtains/screens for privacy. The room has access to the balcony and a great view of the city, sunsets, and CN Tower Will share the apartment with me (I am situated in the bedroom) I am a 4th-year female student. I am quiet, friendly, and not a party person and I would appreciate it if you were the same way (no in-house parties/drug use, fewer visitors). Building close to downtown-Eaton, OCADU, UofT, George Brown, and Ryerson. Apartment in downtown by Dundas, great location for public transit, and it is walking distance to the Eaton Centre, Harbourfront, Dollarama, and grocery stores like Metro and Freshco (budget-friendly store). The building is pet-friendly, and I love animals so that's great if you have dogs or cats <3. There are multiple elevators, a pool, a fitness room, a convenience store, and parking level in the building, and 24-hour security. Please message if interested!!
