COZY HOMESTAY

The building apartment is in front of the public transportation , ttc and walking distance to the new don mils subway. Close to groceries, parks, schools, catholic and presbyterian churches. Family oriented community with lots of immigrants. There are no other staying in the apartment except me and my plants. The bedroom has a new double twin size bed, vanity , study table, standing mirror, lamp shade , closet, hangers, plastic cabinets. Wifi is included. Breakfast is optional. Free coffee and tea (optional) The student will feel like home staying in my homestay. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1) with Shared bathroom The room is spacious and cozy. The study table is beside the window which has a view to Don Valley Parkway or DVP highway. The twin size bed and vanity table are brand new. The closet is spacious. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Guess must be clean and tidy up their own room. Since washroom is shared, I ensure that whoever uses it must also clean it afterwards, example. wiping extra water on the shower walls, drying up the toilet sink and ensure toilet bowl is clean after use. Kitchen utensils must be washed and dried up after use and ensure to place them all in the proper cabinets. I don't allow too loud music during the day and at night since I work from home and I sleep early at night. Tenants must socialize outside the apartment. The rules are simple and manageable. It can be modified as we go along.
