Cozy Basement Apartment

Hello, my name is Meaghan. Our home is located in one of the greatest neighbourhoods of Toronto, Parkdale! I may be biased but the location is perfect for getting around the West End of Toronto and the many amazing restaurants and shops it has to offer. Down town Toronto is a quick street car ride away. Lake Ontario is within a walkable 15-20 minute distance and so is High Park if you are looking to enjoy some of the outdoors during your stay in the city. Guests will have access to their own bathroom, a kitchenette and dining space, and living space. Main entrance and laundry are shared. The pups name is Chester. He is a family dog and makes his rounds visiting everyone. He may not make an appearance during your visit but I’ve listed him so that he isn’t a surprise. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment when possible. Please provide any payment inquires in your message to determine the best option for your location :) Room(s): 1. Double Room (Cozy Basement Apartment ) with Ensuite bathroom Large bedroom with an ensuite. Private dining nook and kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, small blender, and utensils Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: The basement has a kitchenette with dishes, a toaster, toaster oven, a small blender, coffee maker, a small fridge and a microwave. There is also a small living area and eating area in the basement which is all part of the rental. Please don’t access the furnace room unless necessary. There is a fan in the bathroom which you are encouraged to use after showers to decrease the moisture in the air, as well as a dehumidifier for the summer months. Laundry is available on the main level of the home and is accessed through the main kitchen. Laundry is available after 7pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. No burning of candles/incense. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. You are welcome to leave your shoes on the main level but please don’t walk through house with outdoor shoes. Shared entrance to home and laundry but no access to the rest of the main floor or upstairs of the home. There is a small sitting area available out front of the home to enjoy the nicer weather. Please regularly take garbage out to the large bins located at side of house.
