We are a mature gay couple, looking to share our home with international guests. Our 100 year old home is in the Riverdale neighborhood of Toronto. The sun filled basement room is suitable for one person with a workspace for remote work. A newly renovated bathroom is on the second floor for the almost sole use of our guest. Kitchen and laundry facilities are shared with our guests. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Basement Garden Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
