Bedroom with Double Bed Available!

Home is located downtown toronto, more west from the city's center. The family lives in the home upstairs, Dad, mom, 2 brothers, and brother's girlfriend. The bedroom is located in the finished basement, which has its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There's a second bedroom in the basement as well that is vacant, and is also available. This bedroom is spacious with a double bed, and two windows. It has a bedside table, and will have a studying table. The basement also has its own entrance from the side of the house. We only speak english at the home. We have 2 bicycles that can be used in Spring/Summer/Fall. We have a large backyard, and also a small dog. Room(s): 1.
