very cosy top floor condo.

I live in a brand new condo area in Cloverdale, with a spectacular view of the meadows. Bus stop is just across the street,and one this this side of the road. I love to bike ride,and there is a big barn on the property that they have made into a entertainment area. Good size amenities building where you can do exercises,and keep active. I have a little puppie his name is gizmo,and he a yokie Maltese. (hypo-allergenic) There is a amenities building just finishing being built. There will be a exercise room with a equipment. (I am a English speaking family only) Room(s): 1. Single Room (spare bedroom) with Private bathroom This room is a average bedroom,but dosn't have a window cause its in a condo. But there is lots a light in the condo. Huge balcony with a great view. Can use all year, cause it covered. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking. Or any loud noises. Have to bed at a decent time. And also have respect for others. There are smokers in the building.
