Terri's Homestay

Hello, I have been hosting highschool students for 17yrs in the South Surrey area of British Columbia Canada. I am located on a main bus route to Vancouver and Surrey. My place has two bedrooms available with Laundry and Kitchen access. Meals provide if needed. This is a ns and no pets homestay. I am a 15 min walk to the shops, Library and a 5min drive to the beach. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bedroom 2 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Noise bylaw after 10pm. Host will do Laundry Conserve utilities- no excessive usage.or being wasteful. 20 min shower limit. Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
