Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Room 4) with Shared bathroom This lovely room is a very large double room for 1 or 2 persons. It's located on the ground floor. It's fully furnished with lots of convenience. It's south-facing with lots of sunshine. Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: No house parties without permissions. No extra guests allowed to stay over. No smoking in house. No substances abuse in house. No pets in house. Report any damage immediately. Quiet houses are from 11:00 pm till 7:00 am. Please clean your dishes.
