Warm friendly homestay

We are a couple who like outdoor activities, road trips, movies and dining out. We have no kids or pets but we are currently renting out another bedroom to a female student. We cook simple meals that are healthy but tasty. We like to treat ourselves by going out for dinner or lunch on a weekly basis. Anica speaks multiple languages and Leo likes to joke around a lot but is very helpful. We live in a safe upper scale neighborhood in Richmond Hill with transit, parks, nature trails and all amenities near by. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom #1) with Shared bathroom The bedroom is a bright spacious room located on the third floor. Fully furnished with cable TV and unlimited wi fi. The washroom is a three piece bathroom that will be shared with another female student. We do not use this bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 283.50 Weekly / 1080.00 Monthly House Rules: Please treat our home as you would your own! Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please check with us first. No pets allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Use of kitchen, please clean up after yourself. No noise after 10 pm. Please note that a Homestay contract stating the rest of our house rules will need to be signed.
