Sharing a fully equipped kitchen. 10 minutes by bus to University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial College Morningside campus. 30 minutes by bus to Centennial College, Progress Campus, Scarborough. Close to PAN AM games centre pool and gyms House backs on to Rouge Valley Park. Excellent for walking, hiking or biking. Walking distance to, food takeout and restaurants. Laundry is available once per week Prefer cooking once a day before 10pm. (Recommend meal prep during the weekend). 2 hours maximum cooking per day, per time. Clean and put way utensils after cooking a must. Garbage lids closed all times. Kitchen counter clean. Prefer long term, 2 single students. No smoking and drinking…occasionally. Single Room (UPSTAIRS SINGLE ROOM private 1 person) with private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 950.00 Monthly House Rules: Absolutely No Smoking anywhere on the property. Only occasional drinking. Please be conservative with hot water and electricity. Please keep room door slightly opened for fresh air during day. Please do not open windows during winter (due to utility costs). Entrance doors open with a personal code (not to be shared). House alarm to be used when leaving the house empty. (You will have your own alarm code). Kitchen areas are shared. Please no excessive noise after 10 pm. Prefer long term student stays. Occasional visitors allowed, with permission. Laundry is available once per week, please arrive with clean cloths. Housekeeping: Clean; vacuum/mop, your room, washroom and kitchen...once a week or as required. Once a month joint inspection will ensure everything is in good repair. Cooking in the basement kitchen is shared 2 hrs per day before 10pm. You are required to stay in kitchen until cooking is finished. This must be done to avoid fire and smoke and protect the safety of everyone in the house. Please clean the kitchen area thoroughly each time and wash dishes. Garbage: empty out on Tuesdays or when bag is full. Please close garbage bin lid in garage to avoid fruit flies and other insects. Payment Method: Minimum stay is three months. We require our guests to pay in advance at the beginning of the month. Late charges will apply at a rate of $10.00 per day. Guests will be required to leave if they are not able to follow house rules. Please turnoff all lights when you leave room/house. Please treat our home with respect! Thank you.
