North Vancouver Family Homestay

Hi, I am looking for a student who would like to stay the school year. We are a small family, myself, 17 year old daughter, brother, cat and labradoodle dog. We live in a house in North Vancouver and are a short walk to the bus stop then a 10 minute bus ride to Lonsdale Quay or 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Capilano University is only 20 min door to door. We are surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes. North Vancouver offers many hiking trails, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and many lovely parks. Single occupancy only. WiFi - Wireless internet, and laundry once per week are all included. We would like you to be respectful and to keep the noise to down at night. Quiet time is 10 PM, along with use of kitchen (for cooking) ends at 10 PM. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Main floor single bed) with Shared bathroom This room has a single bed for 1 person. It is on the ground floor. It has a closet, desk, dresser, and mirror. There is 3 piece bathroom shared with one other person. Wifi is included. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 960.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Upper floor 1 single bed) with Shared bathroom This is a large room with 1 single bed, a closet, dresser, desk, and mini fridge. The bathroom is shared with our family., but mostly you will have exclusion access. This room has a large window, black out blind and lots of natural light. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Full COVID VACCINE REQUIRED Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Quiet time: 10 pm . No use of kitchen after 11 PM. Ensure all doors and windows are locked No overnight guests Kitchen, use, wash and put away.
